The rooms had rat infestations, causing sleepless nights and a constant fear of the rodents falling through the roof. Despite complaints, the hotel seemed unresponsive and failed to address the problem adequately.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of everything. We could easily walk to the main attractions and the beach was just a few steps away. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. We also enjoyed the spa services, especially the massage which was excellent.

There were several power outages during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. The room was not properly cleaned, and we had to request for it multiple times.

I recently stayed at a wonderful villa on Gili Trawangan for a few nights. The location was perfect, just a few meters away from the beach and a short walk from the port and the vibrant nightlife. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel provided comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, where I even had the incredible experience of swimming with turtles. The villa itself was stunning, with a private pool and a beautiful, clean room. Eating breakfast by the pool or on the beach was a lovely option, and they even included a complimentary massage. my stay at this hotel made my vacation unforgettable.
